Several methods of refractory brick masonry

Refractory brick masonry is divided into: 1, flat bond 2, side wall 3, vertical wall, next we will have a detailed description of these there methods.
1. Refractory brick - laid flat method
Flat wall is mostly for furnace wall, there are a few for the bottom most layer. In China, the most common flat wall, brick wall "with a" bond. Circular bricklaying (like the wall of blast furnace is the bond that).
2. Refractory brick side wall
The side masonry method mainly used in two parts: one is the brick layer, such as the open hearth and the bottom of the heating furnace; two is the side masonry arch, such as the open hearth furnace steel tapping whole arch.
3. Refractory brick - vertical masonry method
Vertical - also called soldier, mainly used in two parts: one is the top bottom, such as the open hearth furnace bottom and furnace bottom; two is the working layer of bottom, such as the open hearth bottom.
As straight standard brick (230x114x65 mm) as an example, laid flat and its maximal plane (230x114 mm). In a horizontal position; side of the side block (also known as the mid plane, 230x65 mm) in a horizontal position; vertical masonry is small (114x65 mm) in a horizontal position
